Julie will provide underwriting assistance and handle the application process from submission to delivery.  She will also assist with in-force policy service.

Kelly Olmstead

Executive Administrator Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to Lea Ann and Ryan Saul, Kelly works on a variety of projects and plans all the agent events. Kelly can answer questions about the Big Dog trip and POGO. She also manages the schedules for the executive staff, if you need to make an appointment with either Ryan or Lea Ann, Kelly will work with you on that.

Peggy ensures compliance with licensing and CEC administration for agents, assists with agent recruiting and training. She is also Greg Saul’s Executive Assistant.

Jenny assists agents through the appointment process with the companies PIPAC LIFE Brokerage represents.

Alana McGee

Supply Coordinator

Alana is responsible for fulfilling all agent supply requests. She assembles all of the sales kits for all the companies you represent through PIPAC LIFE Brokerage. Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Scott oversees all departments and focuses on improving processes and procedures to make the organization more efficient and effective in the marketplace.

Tara Kinder

Worksite Marketing & Human Resources

Tara can assist you with your questions regarding Worksite Life Marketing and help coordinate the initial employee meeting, enrollment meetings, review applications, or help walk you through any step of the process.  Tara also serves as a link between management and employees. She provides specialized services to staff members; the department’s goal is to foster positive relationships, to increase job satisfaction, and to make sure all agents’ needs are met. Some specific responsibilities include: administration, recruitment, company compensation and benefits, training and development, health and safety, and employee relations. Systems Administrator

As System Administrator, Jacob is responsible for operating and maintaining all computer systems and servers. He assists users with technical issues and provides input to management on technology needs of the organization.

Billi Purdy

IT Data Analyst

Billi generates reports needed for all businesses. She also maintains in-house databases, produces detailed and time sensitive reports and assists with problem resolution for any technical concerns that are initiated by the user.

Heather Carpenter

Director of First Impressions

Heather is our Director of First Impressions, she answers all incoming calls within 3 rings and directs calls to appropriate associates. She also provides office support and maintains a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Jodi Fabrizio

Accountant

Jodi oversees all of the accounting functions, including general accounting, payroll, cost accounting and commissions. Jodi focuses on improving processes and procedures to make the organization more efficient and effective in the marketplace and to achieve financial, operational, and business goals.

Nichole Young

Commissions

Nichole is responsible for the commission statements and payment of commissions and answering any questions you may have about your commission statements. Nichole can also assist you with on-line statements and direct deposit of commission payments. Nichole also assists with general accounting functions, and completes internal analysis for process and system improvement.

Penny Sund

Marketing and Creative Services Director

Penny ensures that recruitment campaigns and company branding are consistent and effective.  Penny also works with a creative team, putting together all agent events.
